本會秉持促進原創作品國外授權及服務會員的宗旨，每年都會編列預算，負責參展之攤位、裝潢以及運輸費用，並徵詢各家會員的意見，決定要參展的國際展覽。凡有意願參展之會員廠商，可將旗下台灣原創動畫漫畫小說寄至本會，再由協會從業人員於展覽現場蒐集有意合作版權之國外業者資料，代為轉交給各家出版社。從2007年參展迄今，已促成不少海外版權交易。

Each year, the association allocates a budget to promote local creative artists at overseas exhibitions and fairs in an effort to reach licensing deals and to provide service to its members. The association provides funding to rent and decorate stands, and pays for various transportation expenses to international fairs that association members want to attend. Any member can send their original work to the association, which will then collect these items and solicit interest among foreign licensing partners at the exhibitions, following which they are forwarded to publishing houses. Quite a few overseas licensing deals have been reached since this initiative was started in 2007.
